Monthly meal plans your way

Breakfast, lunch and dinner: make plans like "Lunch only", "Lunch + Dinner" or "Full day".
Your days and your price: Monday to Saturday, every day or weekdays only, for 26 or 30 days, at the price you set.
Offices and families: one plan can be for several people.
Plan changes: move a customer to a new plan from any date, with an extra charge and extra days if needed.

Meal times and missed meals

Set the time of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meals are given and ordered online only in these times. A meal that is not taken is marked missed when its time is over, and a day with no meal taken follows your skip rule. For 24 hours after a meal time your staff can still change it, then the day is closed and nothing can be changed.

Staff see only what they need

Staff see the Today list and give meals. Customers, plans, the menu, payments, the ledger, extra days and printed confirmations open only with your PIN.

Skip, pause and extra days

Customers can skip a day on your website before your cut-off time, or you do it in the panel. You decide if a skipped day adds a day at the end. Holidays can be paused. Extra days need your PIN and are written in the ledger.

Coupon codes for online orders

Every customer gets a coupon code. With their mobile number and the code they open their plan on your website, see the menu, order today's meal for delivery or pickup, and skip a day. The order arrives in your panel with a sound, like any other order. Only you can change the code.

Payments, extra charges and discounts for each customer, with the balance.
Print a confirmation or invoice when a customer joins: plan, start and last day, coupon code and your terms. With or without prices.
Print the customer's ledger on a receipt printer or A4 paper.

Common questions

What is mess management software?

It is a system for restaurants and home kitchens that sell monthly meal plans. It keeps the list of customers, the meals of each day, payments, skipped days and the end date of every plan, so nothing is written in a register.

Can a plan have breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Yes. Each plan has the meals you choose, the days of the week, the number of plan days and the price. You can make as many plans as you like.

What happens when a customer skips a day?

You decide. Either the plan gets one more day at the end, or the day is used up. Paused days for a holiday always move the plan on.

How does a customer order the meal online?

Each customer gets a coupon code on the printed confirmation. On your website they enter their mobile number and the code, see the menu and order today's meal. It arrives in your panel like any other order.

Can I give a meal at the counter?

Yes. Search the customer by name, phone or plan number and press Issue. A receipt prints and the customer can get a notification on the phone.

Is Mess included in every Melo plan?

Mess is free on the 6 months and yearly plans. On the monthly and quarterly plans it is an add-on: AED 15 a month in the UAE, PKR 500 in Pakistan and USD 3.5 in other countries.
