Restaurant order management system

Melo puts every delivery and pickup order in one simple board: online orders from your website and the orders your staff take on the phone or WhatsApp.

The order board

• New orders arrive with a sound you choose, and a reminder rings if an order waits too long.
• Accept with one click. The receipt can print by itself when you accept.
• Out for delivery orders have their own column, with the cash still on the road shown as a total.
• Search any order by number, customer name or phone number.

Receipt printing

Orders print on normal 80 mm or 58 mm thermal receipt printers, with the customer, address, items, total and an optional VAT line. The desktop shortcut prints in one click without the print window.

Products and stock

Switch any product to Sold out in one tap when it is finished. Edit prices and pictures quickly, or upload the whole menu from Excel.

Reports

History shows delivered and cancelled orders and total sales for today, this week, this month or any dates.

Safe for staff

Staff use Orders, Products and Phone order. Settings are protected with a 4 digit PIN.

Is it a POS?

Melo is not a cash register. It manages your online, phone and WhatsApp orders and works next to the POS or cash counter you already use.
